1、Open QQ browser, select “Tools”and click the “Internet options” on the drop-down menu

2、The Internet options window pops up, and click “LAN Settings” on the Connections Tab 

3、In the pop-up LAN Settings, tick the check box of the proxy server, fill in the  IP and port obtained from IPest, and click OK to start
